Managing Partner - Investments and Operations

Chris has been with ParaWest for 17 years and has completed renovation projects of up to $4,000,000 in size and successfully implemented value added redevelopment improvements on over 50 properties totaling more than 10,000 units and $60,000,000. Chris actively participates in senior management operational decisions and oversight, and has been integrally involved in property acquisitions, financing and market research.

Chris has his B.S., Business Administration from Arizona State University and majored in Real Estate. He has held an active Arizona R.E. License for the past 15 years. Chris received his Arizona Brokers License in 2023.

• 2010-2023 Successfully implemented value added Redevelopment improvements on 40 properties totaling more than 12,000 units and over 50 Million Dollars including:
• Unit Upgrades and Amenity Enhancements
• Property Presentation (i.e. frontage enhancement, signage, office and common areas enhancement, etc.)
• Utility reduction programs (i.e. water saving devices, conversion from central to individual hot water heating, lighting retrofits, etc.)
• BS, Business Administration, Major in Real Estate, Arizona State University
• Licensed RE Broker - Arizona
